These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 8k85 platform. By registering an account or placing any wager on 8k85, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register or hold a real-money 8k85 account. This is a strict legal requirement under PAGCOR guidelines. Accounts found to belong to minors are permanently closed and all funds held pending investigation.
Each individual may hold only one 8k85 account. Duplicate accounts using the same identity, Philippine mobile number, or payment method are strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balance may be forfeited.

8k85 provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are available in your account settings and activate immediately. Self-exclusion, once applied, cannot be reversed during the selected period.

Access to and use of the 8k85 Platform for real-money gaming is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. This restriction applies in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing real-money online gaming in the Philippines. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during which you maintain an Account.
The Platform is operated for and directed at players in the Philippines. Players are responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. 8k85 does not represent that the Services are available or appropriate in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines. Each natural person may hold only one Account on the 8k85 Platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to benefit from multiple Accounts — whether directly or through a third party — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 8k85 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, forfeit any associated Bonus balances, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation of any suspected multi-accounting activity.
8k85 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or voter's ID. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the timeframe specified in any such request may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete. 8k85 may also request proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account matching the registered name).
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. 8k85 will never request your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel. You agree to notify 8k85 immediately via the official live chat support if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any breach of security. 8k85 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.
All transactions conducted through your Account while you are logged in — including wagers placed and withdrawals requested — are your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorization, you must contact 8k85 support immediately. 8k85 may place a temporary hold on your Account pending investigation of any reported unauthorized access.
You warrant that all information provided to 8k85 in connection with your Account — including identity, address, date of birth, and payment information — is accurate, complete, and up to date. You agree to notify 8k85 promptly of any changes to this information. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.
Deposits to your 8k85 Account are made in Philippine Peso (₱) via the payment methods available on the Platform, which currently include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100. 8k85 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 8k85 bears no responsibility.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your 8k85 Account. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts to GCash and Maya are typically processed in under 10 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 15–60 minutes depending on interbank processing. 8k85 does not charge fees on e-wallet withdrawals.
8k85 reserves the right to place a hold on any withdrawal request pending KYC verification, fraud screening, or investigation of a suspected breach of these Terms. You will be notified via your registered contact details of any hold placed on a withdrawal, and 8k85 will endeavor to resolve such holds within a reasonable timeframe. 8k85 will not be liable for any loss arising from a hold applied in good faith.
All Funds on 8k85 are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso. 8k85 does not support multi-currency accounts. Any deposit made in a foreign currency will not be accepted; the transaction will be declined or reversed by your payment provider.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by 8k85 are subject to these general terms and to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion. Until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met, bonus funds may not be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount (or, where specified, on the total of deposit plus bonus). Wagers placed using bonus funds on games excluded from wagering contribution (as specified in the promotion terms) will not count toward the requirement.
Bonuses are generally available to one Account per household, per IP address, and per payment method. 8k85 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Players who are determined to be abusing the bonus system — including through arbitrage betting, use of multiple accounts, or exploitation of offer terms — will have their bonus balances voided and may have their Accounts closed.
Bonus funds and any associated free spins carry an expiry date as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from your Account balance without notice. The expiry date is clearly stated at the time each bonus is credited to your Account.
All games offered on the 8k85 Platform use independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. The outcome of every game round is determined by the certified RNG system and is not influenced by 8k85, game providers, or any third party. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are disclosed in the information panel of each game.
In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that affects the integrity of a game round, 8k85 reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and refund the wager amount to the Player's balance. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. 8k85 will not be liable for any loss of anticipated winnings resulting from a genuine technical malfunction.
If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must submit a complaint to 8k85 support within 72 hours of the disputed game round. Disputes submitted after this window may not be investigated. 8k85 will review all available server-side logs and provide a response within 5 business days.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8k85 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Account balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:
8k85 makes no representation or warranty that any Player will win, or that any specific game will yield any particular outcome. All gaming on the Platform involves financial risk and the possibility of losing deposited funds. You accept all such risk when you create an Account and place wagers.
8k85 endeavors to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical intervention, network disruptions, or force majeure events. 8k85 will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from Platform unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8k85's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 8k85 shall not in any event be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages.
8k85 is not responsible for the performance, availability, or terms of third-party payment services (including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and others), third-party game providers, or any other third-party service accessed through or in connection with the Platform.
8k85 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or phone number on file, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with at least 7 days' advance notice where practicable. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any modification, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 8k85's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, Players are required to submit a written complaint to 8k85 through the official support channels and allow 8k85 thirty (30) days to respond and attempt resolution in good faith.
